
Skype on iPhone applications has been updated related iOS4 arrival. With this, the Skype application on the iPhone also supports multitasking.
User applications can now receive Skype calls or take a chat when the application is not running on the iPhone home page.
"Run Skype on the backyard with iOS4 multitasking. Receive Skype calls or run Instant Messaging in a state when the iPhone is locked," as quoted from MacRumor, Thursday (22/07/2010).
This allows users to perform chat Voice Over Internet Protocols (VoIP), while reading the pdf, typed emails, or doing other things with their beloved iPhone.
For information, multitasking feature is only available for the iPhone and iPhone 3GS 4. The present update after update that supports video calls Skype for 3G networks some time ago.
